Hi, I just wanted to thank Norton for cancelling my automatic renewal for me. I kept getting the emails about updating my credit card into, but when I tried to login to my account, it kept asking me for information about an order I placed in 2011 before I could proceed. Even when I thought I had found the product key from the 2011 order and entered it, I would get an error message. So there was no way I could update my credit card info for the automatic renewal. In the end, I removed Norton from the computer and installed another security software. My computer is now running better than ever. So, thanks for making cancelling automatic renewal easy and painless.
