Hi harisucochin.

 

I don't think NMS (or the phone) will actually look at internet calls in the same way as "phone" calls or text messages and this issue has not been raised before as far as I can recall.  Unless anyone else has any suggestions I think that this is a problem that you may have to live with for a while at least.  I will try and draw it to the attention of the team and see if they can come up with any ideas.

 

Presumably, if they are internet calls they are coming through some provide such as Skype.  Can you try and get that service to block calls from unknown callers?

Good insight, Andmike. I get "texts" from email addresses now too, and don't really have any ability to block them...all the more so because I'm sure the addresses are throwaways that have been hacked or harvested from some poor soul. The threat continues to evolve, and so must we....

I also have this problem ever since I installed the new version of Norton mobile. It shows the calls on my notification bar, and are able to go as far as leave voice mail. If I go to add a number to the block they don’t show in the list. The box for unknown calls is checked. These are not internet calls. My subscription runs out soon and I will not renew if this is not resolved. Norton mobile 3.0 droid RAZR maxx HD android KitKat 4.4.2
