I came to know that Quads stopped helping users.I think this is kind of relief for users who are aware of his abuses
Norton users can happily surf through this forum from now.I suggest norton community admins and mods to request a matured malware removal expert to help people like us who come for malware removal help.

Let me say this, thanks to Quads, I was introduced to ComboFix and saved myself the endless wait time for Symantec call center reps and the fact that they sock you for $100. For that alone, I owe him a debt of gratitude.
Hopefully it’s not true. For the day Mr. Stevens leaves this forum, it will be a dark day, indeed. Do you realise just how many people he has helped let alone the level of sophistication the threats of today possess? Speaking for myself, I might be able to troubleshoot your system, however, I’m not necessarily going to approach it with the same level of panache John will. It has been the case where, if I suspect something suspicious in the registry - - I will obliterate it - - and let the proverbial chips fall where they may. Moreover, as I have explained before, because my attention is divided with a voracious job search amidst this anemic economy, my patience for virus removal is limited.
It is remarkable that Mr. Stevens has the wherewithal to provide the level of support he does day in and day out here. If that isn’t the portrait of consistency, indicating a solid commitment to excellence, I don’t know what is!
In closing, you take some time and just think about what I have presented the next time you feel the necessity to dedicate threads to diminishing a person who, arguably, is the most brilliant contributor community.norton.com has ever seen or will see.

That is not necessarily true. One time I commingled Stuxnet with Flamer and Quads, in no uncertain terms rang in on my post and set the record straight. Looking back on it, especially in that case however, that decisive response was what was required to prevent misinformation from spreading. As I’m sure you know (in an Online environment) information for better or worse travels lightning fast.
I think if you take a step back, you’ll see that Quads is in the role of teacher, if people would only open up and be receptive to his wisdom.
