My Norton 360 has had no product updates for a few weeks now and I am concerned. The security updates are processing, but no product updates. I am daily getting the "The application was unable to start correctly. (Error 0xc0000142)". I'm seeing on the forums that this is happening to others and am wondering why there have been no updates to correct this. Please address this and also let me know what I should do about the issue. Thank You.

You will see security updates daily. But the Product Updates are only pushed out when there are bug fixes or new features to be applied. It is not unusual to see no Product updates for many weeks at a time.
