Hello..there are several issue's in this post but to say I am angry is a MAJOR understatement....this last Sunday morniing I got hit with Ransome type ware, an odd looking page obscured mostly by another page urging me to contact microsoft...After a couple mins I decided it was BS anhd hungup. I then called norton chat and reported the incident....the guy asked a few quetion, made a few changes, I thanked him and thats it !) mins or less.. as the day wore on I noticed more and more strange activity, by 9pm it was peretty clear that I was /am up shit creek.. I called support m,complaining that they had ruined my system,. Note rig Dell presicion t5400 xeon x5450@ 3..o ght the support guy told me it would be 500 to fix tn he hung up, and disconnected my 30 day trial....for the next few days I made apprx20+ attempts to convey all this to Norton at many levels..hr..response...you do not have an acct. OR having to make repeated submissions only to be redirected...In closing I bought 2015 NS, liked it but let it lapse so I could test drive some other products..then came back to norton....also sent my mom a license key a week after I obtained, hers did not get deactivated...I got the trials on april 10 (installed programs),,,mine is Red demanding activation/trial over!...hers is fine .,,UNDER My ACCT. while my machine is 7+ yrs old my lowest win7 experience rating is 7.3....the others 7.6- 7.9.....I'm dirt poor this cost me 250....thoughts

Supporthas always been very polite and helpful...minor problems, However this is a real; problem they showed their real atittude Note also I have removed all three drives as they are all too corrupted to run I'm takin the whole rig in the morning to wipe,reformat,reinstall.....yes C: drive is a small SSD.....thanks......this model is actually a server....
