Hi Can anyone please tell me how to remove the freesportHD.Tv virus please.
Norton doesnt detect it and I am unable to remove by using the "uninstall/change" button

I've done a little research, and the good news is that it does not appear to be malware (a program written to do damage to your system or steal something from you), but rather what's called a "Potentially Unwanted Program" or PUP. These programs are not inherently malicious, but they can be VERY annoying (as it sounds like you've discovered). Unfortunately, there actually are people who do want them, so most antivirus vendors who focus on the malware threat (like Norton) will not detect/remove them.
Also unfortunately, this one appears to be particularly difficult to get rid of. Even the free version of malwarebytes (which we often recommend as a "wingman" to your Norton, for dealing with PUPs) seems to be unable to simply remove it. For that reason, I am going to refer you to one of the free specialized "removalist" forums, who handle stuff like this that requires one-on-one intervention by a trained, human expert:
