Detailed description:Although the next renewal is scheduled for September 2026, an expiration warning is already appearing. In addition, a payment failure warning is also displayed, but no such notification email has been received at the registered email address, and even after updating the card information, the warning does not disappear.

Have you recently renewed your subscription using a new product key? If so, the warnings you are getting would be for the older subscription. Those should stop within 30 days.

Thank you for giving a hint. I don’t know the reason, but just a moment ago I was asked to enter the product key, and after re-entering the product key I had been using, the warning disappeared.
