The major "facelift" update isn't happening on one of my PCs

About a week or more ago one of my PCs seemed to get a major Nortons 360 update that radically changed the look of Nortons. Tonight, another of my PCs seemed to get the same update and install it. This PC (the one that updated tonight) is running Win7 64 Pro. I have another PC in the house that also runs Win7 64 Pro and it's version of Nortons 360 still has the old look. I want to update it to the new look (get the major update out of the way so it's over and done with, you know?) but when I click on "LiveUpdate" it downloaded only a small packet of updates (like about 5MB) and there was no change to the program's appearance. Now it's telling me that it's up to date, except it still has the old appearance.

How can I get this PC to download the major appearance update? As I've said, it's running the exact same OS as one of my already updated PCs, and both PCs are using Nortons 360 under the exact same license. It doesn't make sense that the update has happened on one and not the other.
