The Norton Family for Android team has released update 3.1.1.31. The build has been published to Google Play available for download. "Norton Family incompatible with this device” issue that appeared in Google Playstore for certain device models has been fixed. To find if you have the latest version, please go to your Android device, click Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> Norton Family.
