Hello.I have that error.after i reinstall new windows7 on my kid`s computer(2-3 days ago),cant configure software and make it work.

Still have the issue

I use the correct email,i can log in to norton family account in web,but cant log in to software on my computer,but i can log in to software on a different computer(
