Hello,
I have performed the following steps:
1. created an account
2. confirmed the email
3. Installed Norton Family on the device
4. At the end of the installation, as part of the setup, I'm trying to perform Parent Sign-in. At this stage I get an error: "The Norton Family server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later".
5. I've tried to follow the steps at https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20090604152607EN_EndUserProfile_en_us, it doesn't help.
I'm able to log in to the Norton Family web site using the same username and password that I use for the Parent sign-in.
Please help.
