Hi,
I tried to uninstall Norton Family on my son PC and got that message.
Followed the advice on date/time and FW but I had no luck.
Worth notice that I run a separe machine as firewall (PFSense), i believe that the problem is there, but I need precise direction of what IP/port to allow on the FW.
If you have another idea, please let me know
