I'm a new user to the Norton Family. I've created a new Norton family account and downloaded the software; I've set up a child in the web app. After installation; for the "Parent Sign In" or "Add Computer" box I'm unable to login to my account. It keeps giving me a "The Norton Family Server is Temporary Unavailable. Please try again later".
I've even uninstalled my Firewall with no luck. My time\date are correct.
Are you able to log onto your Norton Family online account at https://onlinefamily.norton.com? If yes, please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message in the forum, so we can check into the issue.
