Hi There are many strangers things happening in my Mac And I need help ,please.
I will try explain ,but please ,remember I', not technical just one Graphic Designer ,ok?
1-The Norton Firewall Connections stop show me data like applications,ports etc ,than I have to restart Norton and he show me again the data.
Why it's happening ? Maybe one Trojan ?
2 The permissions differ all time I see (after one update)and can't repair with CD install utilities too
The textEDit and Printer crash every time .
3 About stranger behavior in Network
I use Ethernet with configure manually and have to use PPPoE with account name and password by provider
I configure manually my IPv4 manually too ;because strange number IPv4 will be change when I connect And DNS change too For example :My DNS is' x' and after connect show other number too in grey !One number stranger not my DNS provider.
The NetBios name change too . But I never user before .I don't have any other windows .And I think other times I see this in white ! Now have name and is in grey and say it's currently being in used.
4. After I bought Norton internet Mac security 4.0Than that I observe in firewall Norton :
4.1 -The directory services try connect internet automatically all time .Open all port and stay listen .
4.2- Some curios :the folder user property change System for just read not write !!!???
4.3 -When I open Norton firewall I see many ips blockade they try connection with my imac all time.In all directions in and out my Mac automate????
4.4 Sometimes the Norton firewall crash or stop show what is happen when I connect with some pages.Than I have to reopen Norton and see many other pages than before...
Why ?
Are there some kind Trojan ?In my Modem DNS ? Because after reinstall and update the problem are ever the same . Can you help me ,please?
I can't work well a long time ,please...And I never have any problem with Mac in internet before ...
