I just installed a trial of Norton Internet Security and after several updates it does no more updates and it lists the version as 20.2.1.22.
I ran the support function and it fixed one thing, then I ran it again and there was nothing to fix. I then ran update again, but nothing needed to be updated. I am still on 20.2.1.22
Will the trial version not update to latest?
Am I not optimally protected with the earlier version?
Also, I turned off smart-updates, would that hurt anything (I had Norton Antivirus with smart-updates turned off and it fully updated to 20.3 days ago but its subscription ends soon and I want to try NIS to decide which to get going forward.)
