I still have 266 days left on my old Norton 360 Premier Edition for 2 laptops. There was a sale at Best Buy for the Premier Edition $69.99 (reg. $99.99) this week. I have 3 laptops, one of them, the subscription ended last week. So I jump at the deal and got a subscription today. Updating the expired laptop was a breeze. When I went to plug in the subscription for the other 2 laptops (with 266 days left on both of them) I got 366 days left.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

When you RENEW a subscription the existing days will be added to the new subscription. When you purchase a NEW subscription it only gives you the number of days that it is set for, in this case 366.
You should contact customer service via their chat line and see what can be worked out. They may be able to give you some of the days back on the computers that had says but I make no promises.
Hope this helps
In addition to what dickevans said, the three-PC license period begins with the first activation and will expire 366 days later, regardless of when subsequent activations are used. So yes, your best bet is to contact Customer Support (Chat is fastest and easiest) and let them sort this out for you.
Thanks.
