The password you entered was incorrect

I have just made a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 running Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.16476 Update Versions 11.0.2

I have used Norton Identity Safe before the new install and have my accounts set up and my web site passwords are still on the cloud.  I verified I could access them by going to: https://identitysafe.norton.com/ and signing in.

I have installed Norton Identity Safe stand alone and have the Toolbar running in IE on the new install.

Product Version:  2014.6.0.27

Web Protection Definition:  2014-0120.001

Web Form Definition:  1.5.0.167

When I start the stand alone or click Access Vault in the Toolbar, I am asked to enter my Norton Account e-mail address.  Identity Safe always returns that that e-mail address has been found.  When I enter my Norton Account password or my Vault password, I get the message: "The password you entered was incorrect."

So I thought, maybe the software was out of date.  So I checked for new updates.  When instructed to Reboot Now, I did.  Three times I started the software...checked for updates and hit Reboot Now.  On the fourth attempt, I was not instructed to Reboot.

Still can't get my password recognized.  Clicked the eye to make sure I wasn't typing gibberish.  No effect.

I am using Norton Antivirus 21.1.0.18

Any help would be great.

BTW, don't think it is a problem with the internet as I can get instant access on identitysafe.norton.com web site.
