I am based in Lusaka, Zambia and ordered Norton360 Deluxe through Amazon. I cant download as the message reads
" This product key is not supported for the country registered to your Norton account" PLEASE HELP

Does your Norton account reflect Lusaka, Zambia?

Note: Norton from 3rd party may be geo-locked.

Please reach out to Norton support -

  1. to confirm geo-lock is the issue
  2. to request key replaced with not geo-lock key

If you have already purchased a new product from a retail store or a third-party affiliated website, you must create a new account or add the purchased product to your existing account.
