I'm trying to run Norton power eraser because I'm unsure as to whether I have some malware on my PC. I've tried for the last few days and keep getting this message.
The scan cannot run because NPE cannot access the Symantec server. Check your network connection or try again later. Error code 0x8004500b,0
I have no network connection issues so am concerned that the malware is blocking the NPE
Can anyone give me some advice as to what may be causing the issue and whether I should be concerned
