The secure VPN will not open in Norton 360

My VPN stopped working. I tried restarting my PC and no luck, any ideas? Windows

@Michael_Craig1 Check the Norton VPN service in Windows Services. Make sure its set to start automatically. Reboot and recheck then let us know what your results are.

hi, start up is set to automatic, i restarted and no change, Norton 360 is working but the VPN is not

Forgot to ask what version and build your Windows install is!!
