Three times now, when running a complete scan, my laptop freezes at a file related to The Sims Life Stories. I've tried to remove the program, but my computer locks up while gathering information necessary for the removal. I'm not able to run a complete virus scan due to the problem. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
