I am getting this error message:
The subscription you are trying to use to activate your product is not valid for your region. (2061)
I've already reached out to Customer Support. They said I had two active subscription, one of which I'd just paid for and got an error message when trying to enter the product key. The agent said he would put the two subscriptions together, extending the product through 2018.
I uninstalled Norton and reinstalled thinking this would be the new product, and it did say it would expire in December 2018. However, I still got that same error message. It is kind of annoying that I paid $52 when Norton:
1) Told me that I had no active subscriptions that I could just install.
AND
2) Gave me a product that was not compatible with my region.
