The Vulnerability Protection signatures have been corrupted and could not be used

I have a Mac Power PC G5 and keep receiving The Vulnerability Protection signatures have been corrupted and could not be used ... error.

 

I am using Comcast's Norton 11.1.1 (2) & it doesn't matter if I update or not...
