My laptop was stolen about 3 months ago. Norton told me (Norton 360 multi devise) that they could not wipe my hard drive so you deactivate my account for the HP computer. I have just got a new computer and was going to install Norton on my new computer, but I see that the HP is ONLINE NOW. Can anyone help me with my stolen computer? Can I get a address to give to the police or can my stolen computer be wiped clean? Even though Norton was deactivated that computer, it tell me when the computer is ONLINE. If that case I have reservation about installing Norton on my new computer. I have a tablet under this contract and it can give me a physical location on the same software! I have changed passwords on many of my accounts; but dose the HP still have access to the vault since I can see when it is ONLINE ?
