There is not way to let customer to request refund at all... even if they said have 60 days for application

Note: Please do not post Personally Identifiable Information like email address, personal phone number, physical home address, product key etc.

Norton Cancellation and Refund Policy

I no longer have Norton installed. I have no cellphone, so I cannot phone (i.e., requires texting!). In my account, (obviously I cannot phone), I cannot chat when I request (due to a “breach”?). anybody else, similar problem?
