Third Party Support

First Off Just Please Correct Me If Im Wrong From All The Statements That Im Saying For Today (And Sorry

If I Have Something In My Hobby Which Is A Little OC Side Of Me To Capitalize All The First Letter Of Every

Single Word)

Alright So Lets Get It Started

As A Tech Support Representative I've Been Actually Getting A Lot Of Customers Who's Having A Problem About What Norton Did And What Norton Charge On Their Accounts. And To Find Out That They Have Contacted iYogi,TechGuru And Etc.

I've Been Searching A Main Thread About This iYogi Thing, And Found Couple Of Threads That Discuss This

And All Of The Answer Basically Says That iYogi And Others Are Not Affiliated With Symantec And They Are Third

Party Support (Which Uses Norton's Name So They Can Make A Living Out Of It.)

I Always Get To Answer My Customer's By Just Saying They Are Third Party Support That Is Not Affiliated With Symantec.

But What Does Symantec Actually Do About This Concern ?

Of Course They Offer Help To The Customer And Get Paid

But Then If Something Bad Happens To Their Computer They Will Definitely Call Again iYogi And Then They Wouldn't Be

Really Happy Paying Another For The Service Because They're Already Frustrated " As Most Of Them Say, Why Will I Pay

For Something Thats Causing A Problem To My Computer ?! And I Already Paid For It I Don't Want To Get Charge For Another Service! This Is Norton's Problem! " (Then They Will Ask For A Refund That Can't Be Processed) And Eventually After Hanging

Up They're Going To Find Another Phone Number For Norton Support And End Up Calling The Right Number (Then Vent Out All The Frustrations And Anger)

By Calling Themselves Norton Isn't It Plagiarism ? (Not Really Sure)
