I develop my own .exe applications to run on Windows10, ,and they run fine a couple of times until I get a blue message saying This app can't run on your PC. Is this Norton doing? If so, how can I get Norton to trust my apps?
That is a Windows message. Nothing to do with Norton.
Looking at your image, the .exe in the background that seems to be highlighted shows a size of zero KB. Is that the file that you tried to run when you got that message?
How are you compiling your .exe's? You may be missing some elements required for Windows 10.
