'This connection is untrusted' even with google or Norton Support

I get 'This connection is untrusted' when I go to many sites, even simple ones like google or Norton Support. I read the solutions and they talk about syncing the clock but don't say how to do that. What is the procedure, and if that's not what's wrong, are there other possible solutions?

The forum is for the product of Norton Family.  If you are referring to Norton Family, can you please post a screen shot where shows the page you get the message?  If you are referring to other Norton product, please let me know what product it is and I'll be glad to move the post to an appropriate forum for better exposure.
