This machine is part of a different Norton Family account when trying to disable Norton

I'm trying to disable my Norton account temporarily and I'm getting the error message:  This machine is part of a different Norton Family account.  I didn't change my account.  It's always been the same.  I only have one Norton Family account.  How can I disable my account?
