This machine is part of a different Norton Family Account

I'm trying to temporarily turn off Norton Family and I'm receiving the error message when I try to log in "This machine is part of a different Norton Family account. "   What should I do?

Do you see the computer (or device) name is listed under Settings -> Profile online?

I rebooted the computer and it's working again now- not sure why the other message appeared.
