Hi,
I am using Norton Family and not able to monitor my daugter's activities on her laptop. I can login to Norton Family site " https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/activitySummary.fs" and it says no activity for last seven days, which is incorrect . Right now while writing this she is sitting with me on her laptop and playing games and listening music online.
I tried to unsitall and its not taking y password, cant disable or change anything same message "This machine is part of a different Norton Family".
In manage activity there is no device associated and i cant add her laptop as well.
HELP
