Hi...as the title states Im pretty much PC illiterate but Im hoping I can get some help pls.. I started a full Norton scan yesterday and its still scanning. It wont allow me to Pause it or close it or start a quick scan. Im also seeing advertisement on a FB game that Ive been playing for 5 yrs problem free. Im assuming my grandson picked up a virus or some ad/malware while going to movie sites the other day. My question is, has my Norton been infected? Is this why I cant close it or do anything with it? I just purchased the protection less than a week ago (renewed it) so Im not sure what the next step is and Im not savy with the lingo or very good with understanding PC terminology either to actually ask for or get the help. Im hoping that somebody here can speak Granny PC lingo and help me out. LOL. Thanks in advance... Barb
