I have just renewed my sbubscription and somehow I have a problem that was not detected by Norton. When I enter Internet Explorer I am directed to to a web site called "search.certified-toolbar.com" this is not my home page which I have set with
Control Panel / Internet Options which still shows the home page I want to start up with. I feel a little disgrunteled that Norton Security cannot have prevented this. Can some thing be done to fix the problem. If Norton can't be relied on for such difficulties it does not inspire much confidence in the product.
