Looking on the task manager I noticed that it reappeared the third ccSvcHst running, yes, I have 3 Symantec Framework running on my Windows 8 PC, and should there be only two, at least up to version 20.2.

This had already happened when I installed the full localized NIS 20.3 exe file that I had to uninstall due to this issue.
Now I've updated via LiveUpdate on March 13, and the issue has come back.
I can only conclude that it is a flaw in this version, I've never seen anything like this since I'm using NIS, more or less since 2004.
FYI, this problem occurs after 2/3 days since the setup.
Restarting the PC the problem is temporarily resolved but after 2 or 3 days, it come back again.
1) Is there any user who has encountered the same problem?
2) I believe that Symantec should provide explanations about.
