Does NIS 2012 support thunderbird for email scanning or is it the real time that is protecting you from opening an attachment. Also is LIveChat a free support? I went to Symantec website a nothing mention about free 24/7 support like that for a current service with them. Where would I find the free support with live person if there's such thing. One last thing, how do they charge you if you use their support.
