I had several problems w/ NAV 2013. Spoke to a Level 2 tech who was unble to help me. He opened a case # and said it would be referred to the Engineering Department. He said he'd call me back w/ a resolution w/in 2 days. Of course, I was skeptical.
So far, no call.
When I called Norton back and provided my case #, I was told no notes were added to the case # since it was opened.
My question: based on your experience, have I fallen into a black hole?
