Time Change Problems Continue...

It would seem that the time change last night, I still have the same issue I had in older versions of the software.  Reboots don't seem to help, and I have a sneaky suspicion that I will have the same solution (by tomorrow it will fix itself).  You can see on my computers I show UTC -5 but on the web portal it's UTC -4, and if I check remaining time it wants to say 1 hour ahead of the real time (so it's 5pm now.. when it's suppose to shut the PC down but it shows it will shut it down at 6pm) Please see them below, and reference my original post located here back when I had this problem as well.

I went to daylight savings time website, and it seems your website is correct with the -4:00 although the time on my computers are correct the control panel in the computers show -5:00  (daylight savings website: https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/usa/miami).  But with the "Adjust for daylight savings time automatically" if I uncheck that it shows me the -5:00 time (6pm instead of 5pm) and if I check it, the correct time is shown but the timezone is still -5 in the computer.

Is there anyway I can fix this on my side?
