Several times I have noticed that my child was able to log in during a "curfew" time. The time setting is set to block between midnight and 7 am, and the activity log will read that my child was logged in during that time period. Sometimes as normal, sometimes it will read logged in during curfew time. A related concern is that while I listed us as Central time (which we are), sometimes the logs seem to be an hour off. For instance, I can be present and see when my child has logged into something, but then the activity log will show it as an hour off. Please help.
Secondly, I am disappointed to see that when the daily time limit has been reached, my child is still able to close the internet, and then reopen it and resign in repeatedly. It will give a 60 sec warning, but this still allows several minutes total at each attempt to reconnect to the internet. My child will do this as much as 10 times in a row to view something he is obsessed with. I feel there should be a block that once the daily time limit is reached and they have had their 15 minute warning, and then been automatically logged off, that it should not even allow acceses again until the next day's time period.
And on another note, I would just like to chime in that I too am CONSTANTLY getting the symantic error need to shut down/ send error report, etc. Just thouhgt I would add to the list of people reporting that.
