Time control not working properly

Hi,

The time limit doesn’t work properly. First of all, it looks like it counts time even when child not logged (but computer is on). Today an even clearer issue :

He has used 0.3 hour of his 1 hour authorized, but the account has been blocked because he has reached his time limit ??
This just doesn’t work…
