Hi,
I'm new here and on a steep learning curve. I purchased Norton Family because we have one child but 2 laptops, 1 desktop (all w7) and 1 tablet (samsung 10.1 / android 3.2) and 1 Nexus around here. We need to limit our child's total time on computers.
But -as far as I can see the time limit feature works on W7 devices but I can't even see that Android are monitored for time (doesn't show in the records). I've noted a review on the net saying this is the case.
Can someone confirm this for me please, and also advise when it will be available as advertised????? It is pretty annoying to be wasting hours here trying to get something that doesn't even seem to exist, working!!!!!
How about Nexus - that didn't seem to work either?
Finally for now :o) it seems such time as is recorded is not recorded with my local (New Zealand) time zone. Is there some way that I can set up Norton Family to give me useful (ie NZ) times on the reports please?
