Dear Sirs:
I originally installed Norton Online Family on my boy's iMacs about six months ago. Unfortunately, various features worked intermitantly and eventually stopped completely. Over the holidays, I took the time to Uninstall Norton Online Family (using the tools provided by Norton) then do clean reinstall of the application on each of their computers.
I then went and reset all their restrictions including setting up the actual TIMES they can use the machines (curfews).
Now the issue is that restrictions are kicking in about five hours EARLY. So for instance, on Sunday night, the curfew is set for 9pm. But the warning starts at 4pm and locks the out. This happens consistantly each day on each computer.
I've noticed elsewhere on the boards that people are wondering if Norton online uses different time servers than the local machine. I'm just curious. I've started and stopped Norton Online. I've diabled and reenabled. I've rebooted the machines sever times. In each case the problem persists.
Hoping someone has a solution.
