Time is being tracked, but no limits are in effect

I have my son's account set for 1 hour per day (every day).  There are days were he was able to use 6 or 7 hours of computer time.  So I can only assume that the time limiter is not working. Another clue is that the weekly and monthly reports show that time tracking is off (huh?).

Any suggestions?

Hi CmptrExpr,

 

Please make sure the "Time supervision" is On and "Enable Time Blocking" is checked at Settings -> Time.

Did this work for you? There seem to be quite a lot of users with similar problems.
If the solution was a simple as that I guess we would have found it by now.
