I have Norton Family setup for two children with exactly same android phones and and Windows 10 laptop. Last week the time limit monitoring for one of the kids just stopped on the Windows 10 laptop. The usage stats shows 0 hr since last week. Norton Family still can block websites and send me emails on that laptop.
Any idea how to fix this? Looks like the quality issue from Symantec has not improved at all over the years.
Another problem with Android phone time limit is that it blocks all apps includeing phone and msg when time limit is reached. What we want is an exception that everything would stop except phone and msg. Otherwise the phone is a brick. This is a simple thing to do on the server side (Yes, I am in high tech world and can do coding). Looks like Symantec is not putting much resources on this product except want the $50 subscription.
Kind of disappointed with Norton Family. Do not see any new feature or improvement. Probably will not renew next year.
