Hi, my son's time limits and web monitoring do not seem to work. The last activity registered was 7 Feb and it is now 12 Feb. I do not give administrative rights to my son and he does not know my password. I am using Windows 8. Please help.
Also, when I make a remote change to the time settings from another laptop, does the change take effect on the protected laptop? If so, how long does it take to be effected? Change can either be to give more time or to restrict time.

Just want to verify if the Norton Family program is still installed and configured successfully on the PC, can you please log onto the PC as the monitored child and try to access a forbidden website to see if you are blocked?
After changing Time Settings, please click on “Update House Rules” to make the updates get affected immediately. You can find the “Update House Rules” option by clicking on the Norton Family icon in system tray and selecting the option.
