Hi,
I saw several post about time limits feature not working, as kid is able to continue work and norton family is not logging him out.
Right now I have the same issue and could not find any solution or explanation what we should do in older posts.
So is that bug of software and you will fix it soon? or is that something you even don't know how it happens?
PC system is windows 8
when I click now "view time limits" it shows small window "You have either used up the allowed computer time for today or you are blocked from using the computer at this time. If you choose to continue, your parents will be notified". and that's all. you can use PC how many time you want.
I thought that if time allowance let say 2 hours is finished - then it is finished. you can't log in, you are forced logged out. and this is it.
I am wrong ?
