Time limits not honored by online family

As was the issue 2 years ago Nortons has a major flaw in the time constraints in the online family monitoring software.  I noticed that KatieQ did nothing but come up with excuses as to why everything was O.K.  With the set up.  What KatieQ and Nortons don't seem to understand they are providing a service to users wether free or purchased.  They DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHTS TO TELL PARENTS THEY (NORTONS) CAN ALLOW THOSE WITH LIMITS TO EXCEED THEM, BECAUSE IN THIER OPINION IT'S BETTER THAT WAY.  What's better is for the software to work as advertised.  A warning that time is about to run out is the perfect solution.  That gives the child time to save, upload or do whatever needs to be done in order to abide by the limits.

Providing simple work arounds will only cause bigger problems as it undermines the authority of the parents by NORTON's.

Do not TELL me you know whats best for my child.  You do not deal with this child on a daily basis.  We set limits due to a wide variety of reasons and NORTON's blatant disprespect for those limits,  by allowing a child to push them shows how little respect they have for the family.

So yes, I to want to know how to enforce those limits!!!!!  I have the latest version of the software running, I just downloaded it 2 day's ago and it didn't take long for my daughter to learn how to push the limits.

So excuse me when I say my child doesn't need 6 minutes of computer time, that is my choice, it does not belong to Norton's. or for Norton's to tell my child the requardless of what I say, they (norton's) say they can have 6 six minutes.  Believe me, sometimes six minutes is way more than enough time..............
