I think I know what happened, I looked at the activity logs and earlier that day in the morning I gave him extra time and I probably chose the default of until the next login instead of a specific time. I will see if this happens again. With this same site though - Roblox- it logs every single sub-domain so there are pages and pages of activity every time he plays. Is there any way to stop that because it makes it very hard to review. Thanks.
Can you tell us the browser version and OS version.
Also look at the plugins for the browser, do you see the Norton Safety Minder plugin enabled?
If it's not enabled, as we work at the network layer, we don't know the difference between a top level URL, that is one that your child typed, and an embedded URL, one that web pages go out and ask for a piece of content on a different URL.
