Hi,
I have Norton Family installed on 2 devices, supervising 3 children accounts. Both devices run Windows 7, and I've defined the same rules (specifically, time limits) for both devices.
While on one device the time limit works fine and the child's account is logged off once reaching the limit, on the other device the account keeps running even after the time limit is reached. When checking the remaining time it says that the time limit was reached, but doesn't log off.
Please help.
