Time limits

I have set the time limits on Norton Family which seemed to work and my son gets blocked when they are exceded etc, but he can then go back on his computer.

I checked and tried to re set the limits etc but the 'select an age group' tab is greyed out and so I cannot use it, and the time chart for the days of the week is not there for me to 'click and drag the hours for blocking'

Time supervision is on, as is enable time blocking and the weekdays and weekends boxes are ticked.

I have tried re-installing.

Hopefully it is something simple that I have not done but can somebody please help.

I agree this would be very useful for us too.

You can set up in the OnlineFamily.Norton webpage from when to when she can use the PC.

Eg at weekdays between 8AM - 10 PM, and weekends a bit more.
