We are having several problems with the program. First, I receive the weekly email reports and they tell me that 2 of my kids time blocking is off. I go to the settings page directly after I get the email. The blocking and supervision is on. Next, the activity page says that they have not been on for the past 2 days but they have. I never received an email saying the program was shut down. I also have the multiple log ins after curfew with pages allowed.
I like the program but it does not work consistently. I have read a great number of the posts on this forum and have attempted many of the proposed solutions. None of them seem to work.
